vision of our group once again

Hi guys,
yesterday were discussed the vision again. Please look into meeting 
minutes and let's try to discuss better wording of vision here on 
mailing list. One of proposal was something like: "Fedora is the 
preferred ecosystem of choice for new software development to occur in 
any language and on any framework."

Otherwise Slavek was asked to rewrote devassistant part.
