Playground repo: mirroring

Hi!

Let's try to answer/close some of the Open questions [1] of the
Playground repository requirements draft.
I suggest we start with the *easy* ones.

Question: Will the Playground repository be mirrored (and added to
mirrormanager)?

Answer proposal: The Playground repository will not be mirrored (and
added to mirrormanager) initially. If the need arises, we'll cooperate
with the Infra team to add support for mirroring.
