Change Proposal 1 - Playground

Let's finish rest of Open Questions [2]! We need to solve it fast, at 
least the main points, because deadline for Changes is getting closer 
(8th April). I proposed Change [1] and prefilled what we have. Feel free 
to add your name on wiki if you want to work on it.
