and I cannot find the F21 Alpha build (but it needs to be respinned due 
to bash anyway) - we discussed releasing this F21 Alpha to Docker Hub on 
last Base WG meeting.

Yes and they even already have some of them published

https://registry.hub.docker.com/repos/openshift/

So the other way around could be to help Openshift to pick frameworks we 
want to support and advertise.
