EPEL-ANNOUNCE epel7 release

Greetings. 

Today, EPEL (Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux) is happy to announce
that epel-7 is leaving it's Beta phase and is entering release. 

epel-7 contains over 3100 high quality source packages, building over
5600 rpms.
