EPEL nodejs-npmlog-0.0.3-1.el6 tagged into epel-testing but doesn't appear in the repo?

redhat-rpm-config in F19+.  It shouldn't be used in EPEL6.  ;-)

I scripted adding the ExclusiveArch line to all my node packages,
using the macro in F19 and Rawhide and defining the arches manually in
F18 and EPEL6.  I'm not sure how it messed this one up when it got all
of the ~50 other ones right.  *shrugs*
