EPEL Need help regarding of a broken dependency notification

Could it be that perl-libintl is only built for x86_64 in RHEL 6?

If that's the case, we could rebuild the same package (with a lower
release number) in EPEL to provide the dependency on other
architectures, which is something that's been done before.
