EPEL [epel7] mongodb depency is broken as v8 package is not available on epel7

Hi,

I failed in installing monodb on CentOS 7 with following error:
"v8-3.14.5.10-11.el7.x86_64.rpm FAILED
http://yum/epel/7/x86_64/v8-3.14.5.10-11.el7.x86_64.rpm: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404 - Not Found0% [                                                                                    ]  0.0 B/s |    0 B  --:--:-- ETA
Trying other mirror.


Error downloading packages:
  1:v8-3.14.5.10-11.el7.x86_64: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
"

It seems only these package of v8 are available on the epel downloading site: v8-3.14.5.10-8.el7.x86_64.rpm and v8-3.14.5.10-9.el7.x86_64.rpm.
No v8-3.14.5.10-11.el7.x86_64.rpm is available.

Could someone help to look at this?
BTW, is this the correct way to report error like this? if not, what's desired way for this kind of issue, fire a bug to fedora-epel?
