EPEL getting terminus-fonts added to 7

terminus-fonts is required by dmenu, which in turn is needed by xmonad.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1097424

terminus-fonts was part of RHEL 6 but was dropped from RHEL 7.
I have been asking ndim (the package contact, CC'ed)
about adding terminus-fonts to EPEL 7 several times now
but haven't received any reply yet.

Assuming that Hans is not interested in maintaining an epel7
branch, how to move forward? I don't mind maintaining the package
for epel7 or maybe Christopher can too. Can we use the usual
SCM Change Request process for that or what should the process be?

I looked at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers
and tried running fedora-active-user [1]. Anyway I am not asking
to taking over the package, but just adding an epel7 branch.
What is the best approach here?

It would be nice to get this fixed before EPEL 7 is released...

Thanks, Jens
