Sure!  Become a package maintainer and maintain the packages that have
become orphaned in EPEL7.

Note that you won't need to revive all of the packages -- some of those were
retired because they depend on TurboGears1 (for instance, bodhi).  You'll
only need to revive the ones that TurboGears1 depends on (and those that
your applications need).
