EPEL SRPM build failing

Result: FAILED: BuildError: Unknown origin for 
fedpkg-minimal-0.5.1.0-2.el7.noarch: 
file:///var/tmp/koji/tasks/256/7130256/repo_400839_premerge/

I thought this might have been transient error due to a buildroot regen and 
waited an hour before kicking off the second attempt (above) but I have seen 
this error on each build attempt.

I see other EPEL7 packages building successfully, so what makes wine special?
