RHEL7 does support some multi-lib. There are 1058 packages in the RC that
has i686 in its name (2244 have x86_64 so almost half has been compiled for
multilib?)

However I do not know what the issues koji has with doing multilib with
RHEL or if enough of the multi-lib is around to enable without a full 32
bit OS around.
