[EPEL-devel] EPEL packaging items in RHEL7 workstation

EPEL is packaging items that are in RHEL7 workstation because they are not
available in the EPEL7 buildroots, e.g.:

I saw a brief mention of this from the steering committee log from 7/10.  Has
this issue been considered more?
