[EPEL-devel] Orphaning packages

Hi,

I no longer have access to EL machines, and so am orphaning the
following packages:

1) vtk - athimm and orion still have admin on this, so it's not orphaned

2) PyQt

3) ScientificPython

4) cmake28

5) djview4

6) gts

7) python-fiat

8) xdvik

9) python-instant

10) python-ufc

11) coan
