[EPEL-devel] pkgdb to request epel7 branch, or bugzilla SCM request?

Either process should work currently. 

Basically the new pkgdb process is going to be the only way after we
get everything worked out with it, but until then and we announce the
cut over the old process should continue to work. 

For time, it depends. 

If you are requesting an epel7 branch of a package you don't maintain,
there's 1 week for the existing maintainer(s) to ack your request or
reject it. If there's no response in 1 week it will be processed.
