Name        : mysql++
Product     : Fedora EPEL 4
Version     : 3.0.9
Release     : 4.el4
URL         : http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/
Summary : C++ wrapper for the MySQL C API
Description :
MySQL++ is a C++ wrapper for MySQL’s C API.

It is built around STL principles, to make dealing with the database as easy
as dealing with an STL container. MySQL++ relieves the programmer of dealing
with cumbersome C data structures, generation of repetitive SQL statements,
and manual creation of C++ data structures to mirror the database schema.

If you are building your own MySQL++-based programs, you also need
to install the -devel package.

Update Information:

MySQL++ is a C++ wrapper for MySQL’s C API. It is built around the same
principles as the Standard C++ Library, to make dealing with the database as
easy as dealing with STL containers. In addition, MySQL++ provides facilities
that let you avoid the most repetitive sorts of SQL within your own code,
providing native C++ interfaces for these common tasks.
