Update Information:

Added ability to build via mock, push updates to yum repositories, and tag with specific versions from CLI. Fixes several bugs including the error where some (rare) tags will not build.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
su -c 'yum update tito' at the command line.
