Update Information:
Two tiny fixes for SSL implementation (#666022)
Sync with Rawhide and fix crash on account on.
New upstream release:
* MSN login fixes
* Jabber contacts now can go offline
* some other minor fixes
* new default ICQ login server
- Switched to NSS (3DES still via lib/des.c)
- Added -otr subpackage with optional OTR plugin.
Cleaning up .spec file to build without any terrible hacks.
