Name : python-kitchen
Product : Fedora EPEL 4
Version : 0.2.4
Release : 1.el4
URL : https://pypi.python.org/pypi/kitchen/
Summary : Small, useful pieces of code to make python coding easier
Description :
kitchen includes functions to make gettext easier to use, handling unicode
text easier (conversion with bytes, outputting xml, and calculating how many
columns a string takes), and compatibility modules for writing code that uses
python-2.7 modules but needs to run on python-2.3

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:

New upstream release with one change that's somewhat bugfix and somewhat enhancement. The easy_gettext_setup() function was returning the gettext() method when byte str translations were requested. However, gettext() methods don't attempt to turn the translations into the current locale. We now return lgettext functions instead.
