Text::CSV provides facilities for the composition and decomposition of
comma-separated values. An instance of the Text::CSV class can combine
fields into a CSV string and parse a CSV string into fields.

This is an update to the current upstream release of Text::CSV_XS, which includes a large number of improvements relating to performance, memory usage and correctness.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
