Update Information:

This update from 1.0.1 to 1.3.0 contains too many bugfixes and enhancements to list.  The xmlstarlet upstream has resumed regular releases, so in the future, this package for EL-6 distributions will be revised along with Fedora versions to obtain the latest fixes.  Enjoy!
