New package: PyPy built for EPEL 6

This is currently pypy-1.8 (Python 2.7), but I intend to rebase this package as upstream releases future versions of PyPy.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
su -c 'yum update pypy' at the command line.
