Tito is a tool for managing tarballs, rpms, and builds for projects using

Update Information:

Improvements for releasing against dist-git. Add support for one package build going to multiple yum repo URLs. Cleanup old RPMs during yum release. 

Fix several bugs:
- timestamp errors rsyncing yum repos.
- respect --no-cleanup in release module.
- escape percent character in changelogs.
- fix git diff during dist-git releases.
- use proper temp dirs when releasing.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
su -c 'yum update tito' at the command line.
