 I'm trying to build pki-ca in EL-5 and run in to the following error when
 trying to create the root:

 DEBUG util.py:256:  No Package Found for java-devel >= 1:1.6.0

 (from http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1914714)

 This is surprising since I was able to build several other packages that
 have this Build Requires that built fine. For example, pki-common picks
 up:

 DEBUG util.py:256:  1:java-1.6.0-openjdk-devel-1.6.0.0-1.7.b09.el5.x86_64

 So I don't know why I'm not able to build pki-ca for EL-5. Since I have 13
 more dogtag packages to build, I'm sure this issue will come up again.
