[FAmSCo] Conflict on Monday

Hi FAMSCO,

I have to bring Ian Weller to the airport (his summer internship in 
Raleigh is ending), and we will be in the car at the same time as the 
FAMSCO meeting, so I will not be able to attend.

I have already completed the budget section of the report, and I will 
complete the "basic famsco activity" section as well.

Shall we set a deadline of August 5 for all the edits?

I'll send more budget mails to the ambassadors-list itself.
