[FAmSCo] commission the new FAmSCo - decommission the former FAmSCo

I have redone my times again, adding some but basically what you have here
is the times when I'm awake and not doing anything else (for example, 8 a.m.
and 2 p.m. M-F I am taking daughter to and from school).
