[FAmSCo] commission the new FAmSCo - decommission the former FAmSCo

So it seems that we have a time slot!

As a matter of fact we have two!

1PM UTC Saturday or Sunday

We need now to decide on which one of those two.

I suggest starting on Saturday 11 December 1PM UTC

Who that sounds?
Thank you all for your patience, I know that some of us sacrificed some
things.. Deeply appriciated :)

Let's hope that this time slot will be ok for all of us in the long-run :)
