[FAmSCo] Open Source Magazine in Africa, Can Fedora Community be of any help?

Stripped everyone but famsco -

First, I assume we need to get Pierros involved on this conversation -
I don't know if this really exists or not.

Second, I am a bit disturbed by the term 'Official Fedora Vendors'.

Finally there are some operational questions.
1. How much money are they asking for?
2. What content will be in the fedora magazines and where will it come from?
3. What is circulation (and in what countries (they mention 'across Africa')
4. How many magazines can Fedora get for it's continued efforts in Africa.
