[FAmSCo] Open Source Magazine in Africa, Can Fedora Community be of any help?

I think that there is a confussion here, I will probably say something like:

1.- If this is going to be an exclusive Fedora magazine, then this is a
FAmSCo issue because can be consider like a marketing task

2.- If is a Foss Magazine that will talk about fedora, and other things,
then is a business issue wich can be related to RH.
