[FAmSCo] commission the new FAmSCo - decommission the former FAmSCo

Sorry, I tried to follow the discussion on the #fedora-ambassadors
yesterday but couldn't (I was at work). Did we decide to keep the
meetings on Mondays at 1800 UTC, or did we change it to another
day/time?
