[FAmSCo] [Fedora-mentors-list] Intro and inquiry

So I guess my next question is: Is this guy qualified to be a Mentor? I'm
not saying we should "reinstate" him to his "self-appointment," but do you
think we should look at his history and qualifications to see if he can do
it?
