If this is really a common question, the answer would be something along the
lines of:

"Fedora Ambassadors looking for a point of contact to serve their needs need
not be contacting the Red Hat offices directly.  Although Red Hat is the
primary sponsor of the Fedora Project, Fedora is not a commercial product of
Red Hat but a community project and not every local office of Red Hat would
have the right people to handle your requests.  Instead, route your request
via FAmSCo (link to trac instance) and the steering committee can use the
Red Hat contacts if necessary to serve your request"
