seems there is someone else playing with the reports right now :P
i get a
"Report execution failed: no such table: area for report"

if i call for

"{1} Active Tickets"

i would appreciate if, whoever it is, would make a copy from the
original first and play with the copy!

i made a copy from "{1} Active Tickets" to "{11} Active Tickets (copy)"
made it working again - so please feel free to repair the original!

as i wrote before i tried to use custom-fields in the sql query-reports
and failed!

works as a compromise for me - still does not solve the email subject
line - but ok.
