[FAmSCo] Conduct Violation

Hi,

as the Fedora Ambassador Membership Administrator i have got several
complains ("Fedora Ambassadors look like Idiots") about continuously
Fedora Ambassador Conduct Violations a first try to mentor and moderate
the Person, has failed.
