 from the event organizers we have received a request for some small
 funding. The amount is specified in CNY and can be made to paypal
 me at gbraad.nl in USD (about $475).

 Thank you for your reply:

 This budget will covered:
 the rent of one meeting room is 2000, hope your organization can take half
 of the rent 1000
 the lunch for  your participants, 1000
 the gala dinner for your participants, 1000

 And as the partner we can add the logo of your organization in the partner
 list on the website.

 For the receipts, we will provide a receipts when the budget is approved.

 organization of the event just contact with us if you have any questions
 or requirements.
