I am not sure about polo shirts. In other places ambassadors pay for
their polo shirts. There is a subsidy proposal for those on country with

The downside I see is that if we paid for a polo shirt for some people,
then you will get to paid for other people as well. 

But I have to said that probably it is a good incentive for Brazil
ambassadors. I like that this is a organized proposal, that will target
several users in one shot.

I acn make the transfer to Igor, so he can handle the local payment. But
I would like other people opinions on this.
