[FAmSCo] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2013-12-23

Hi,
we had a regular FAmSCo meeting. Due to Christmas, only three of us showed up and we made it a quick meeting as we shortly discussed the budget situation at the end of the year and CC holder for APAC. You can find more in the minutes:
