[FAmSCo] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2013-07-01

Hi,
we had another meeting today. There were only three FAmSCo members, but
two new members who have been elected, but are not yet officially in
FAmSCo joined us. We mainly discussed two topics:

* Community credit card holder for APAC
* FAmSCo at Flock
