[FAmSCo] Budget status?

Hi guys,

Ruth and I are working out the details on the current budget for the new fiscal year, and hopefully we can get those to you before the end of the week. 

Regarding last year's spending - I will speak with her about working that out in a method that is actually human-readable :)
