Everyone should remember, expenses must be submitted within two weeks of being incurred, as stated on this page:

This isn't my rule; it's Red Hat's. It's very difficult to reimburse out of quarter and nearly impossible in a different fiscal year.

No, as I stated, the budget last year was 10k. I have the spreadsheets where we worked out how to distribute the money, and knowing that in the past, the 15k was rarely reached, we lowered it to 10.
