I see there was a short discussion about FUDCon budget. I have an update:
After calculating this final cost, FUDCon Beijing organizing team need
about $12k. They had asked for more funds and Ruth approved.
The final budget for FUDCon Beijing is $12k now.

However, I don't think that is enough. Some other people asked for travel
subsidies, but they may be rejected.
Anyway, lets see the final actual cost then we will arrange for the next
FUDCon(s).

I updated APAC budget last FY to the wiki [1].
I will also re-allocate APAC budget in FY2015 following granted budget.
