[FAmSCo] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2013-02-03

Hi,
we had another regular FAmSCo meeting. 6 out of 7 members attended. We devoted the whole meeting to discussing and approving regional budget drafts for the next fiscal year. You can find more in the meeting minutes:
