[FAmSCo] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2013-01-13

Hi,
we had another FAmSCo meeting today. 6 out of 7 members attended. We
mainly discussed:

* Fedora elections for F21 cycle
* Budget drafts for the fiscal year 2015
* How Fedora.NEXT will affect ambassadors
* FUDCons in LATAM and APAC
