[FAmSCo] [Fedocal] Reminder meeting : FAmSCo meeting

FYI, this meeting did not take place.

I did join the channel with a delay, only to find out that mailga and gnokii
were the only people present. No quorum was reached.

Potty had notified in advance of his absence.

This is the second time in a row a FAmSCo meeting gets skipped like that. I will
be later sending a separate e-mail regarding the committee's inactivity.
