[FAmSCo] Stepping down as Chair candidate

This is email came as an action from the latest meeting (February 24th).

I would like to step down from my Chair candidate because of the
member activity stuck situation we are facing on FAmSCo. That would
make giannisk the new Chair. But I would like, if is fine with you
giannisk, to be the Vice-Chair.
