[FAmSCo] FAmSCo chair election.

Hello everyone, thank you for taking care of the elections.

To help summarize, here is what the voting looks like so far per candidate:

- giannisk: mailga, gnokii
- potty: tuanta, potty

Rest of FAmSCo members that need to vote: cwickert, giannisk, lbazan

Normally, I'm not in favor of self-voting. However, seeing that potty did that
for himself, I'm going to do the same thing.

At this point, I would like to say that I'm totally comfortable with chairing
FAmSCo. I have been doing the quite the same during the EMEA meetings and I have
also been leading several ambassador efforts within and outside the region.
