[Fedora-join] Two test day today (18th of September)!

Hi folks!

Today, the excellent QA team is hosting TWO tests! They're testing out
i18n(internationalization) and Openstack today and would like you to
help. Please take out a few minutes from your busy schedules and so some
testing, *whatever* you can manage.

Test days are a great way of getting started with QA testing in Fedora.
They're well documented, have simple steps to follow and you end up
