[Fedora-join] How to start to contribute fedora development?

I love to contribute to fedora project as a developer. I have development
knowledge in python and PHP and also interested in OS and Web development*
please help me to get connect to python project*. I'm interesting in Research
and Development and also embedded electronics systems.
