Building KDE svn on F11

Actually this is already fixed in trunk.

I'm not sure what to do about this one though:

Should the -fno-strict-aliasing fix be upstreamed? Should we try one of the
dtoa.cpp patches used in other projects? (I tried one and it didn't work, see
the CVS history of that file.)
