Leonidas splash screen on dual-head looks bad

I get the correct background, animation, etc. on screen 0.  Screen 1
shows complete garbage (whatever happens to be hanging around in the
video memory, I suppose) until KDE comes up and draws the wallpaper.

The "Glassified EOS" splash screen handles my dual-head setup just fine,
so it can be done.
